Prices are correct as they appear on the website. We may change prices from time to time or have offers available for a limited time.

We make every effort to show and describe our products accurately, however slight variations may occur.

All quoted weights and dimensions are for guidance only. Colours of items viewed on a computer can vary from the actual product depending on the settings of individual computer screens.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are entitled to a full or partial refund within 10 working days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned to us in perfect, saleable condition in original packaging. Refunds will only cover the price charged for the goods, with postage and packaging charges not being refundable unless the order has not been despatched. When returning goods please get proof of postage. Refunds will be made within 7 working days of the safe arrival of returned goods. Due to the nature of the product we do not accept refunds on oils.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product you must return it to us in saleable condition. Unless to replace a damaged product we will ask that you pay additional postage costs.

Refunds will only be made to the same card used to make the purchase.

Use of materials is by permission only. You are not permitted to reproduce our materials without our permission.

Governance

This website, its content and any order placed via the site are governed by and in accordance with English law. By placing an order with Baby Massage Shop you hereby agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Baby Massage Shop liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Baby Massage Shop to the customer. Baby Massage Shop shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
