I’ve just returned from my second trip to Taiwan to present the MISP training in Taipei. The Taiwanese have truly embraced the concept of nurturing touch in schools and the instructors were so keen to learn how they can deliver MISP in schools, Kindergartens and teach parents to massage their children. Many students have already trained in the IAIM Programme and saw this training as a natural opportunity to teach parents to massage their growing child up to 12 years of age.
I would like to thank Amanda, my coordinator, for her dedication to MISP and the care and love she clearly puts into the training.
The combination of working with her and wonderful Taiwanese translator Pearl means that delivering the translated three day training is a joy.
Another exciting event was the first ever MISP Stroke Review in Taiwan – instructors and their children arrived even on a Saturday evening to chat and recap over the MISP strokes.  Thank you for such a warm welcome everybody and I look forward to hearing how everyone gets on.
New training dates for Taiwan to be announced shortly.
